Shipping Policy

Store.cure-erectile-dysfunction.org utilizes both public and private postal services. Orders are processed and shipped from our state of the art warehouse locations situated within the European Union (France and Bulgaria). The strategic location results in fast and easy deliveries to the whole of EU, USA, Canada, and Australia, as well as the rest of the world.

FREE shipping via International Postal Service is available on every order over $150.

If your address cannot be verified by our address verification system, your order may be delayed while we contact you to confirm the address.

Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country and are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for the delays this may cause. Please, note that there may be some countries we are unable to ship to due to Customs regulations.

In the event a shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 2 weeks from the recorded delivery date. In some instances the customer may be required to sign for a package, this is solely at the discretion of the shipping company.

If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.

Tracking

Tracking code will be provided after the order has been processed and shipped. Online tracking is always available as far as the country forwarder goes. Once it leaves the country, it all depends on the recipient’s local postal services ability to track the item online.

Full online tracking is always available for the US, though (at both http://www.track-trace.com/post and https://www.usps.com).

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses do not receive valid tracking numbers for security reasons.

Confidentiality

The sender is our company Alpha Essentials LTD, used for descriptive information and confidentiality. Also, the package itself is usually a container with the logo of the private label manufacturer, so there won’t be anything indicative of the intended purpose on the outside.
