    It did help me with my anxiety.The first results that i noticed became apparent in about 15 days so it’s kind of a gradual build up at least for me.

    This is what does it for me. I’ve tried every anxiety relieving supplement out there and only this and L-Tryptophan (to a much lesser degree) have the effect I need.

    Sorry that I don’t know how it performs without the 5HTP. Despite the recommendations not to use it with 5HTP or the likes I do. It was kind of a risk but I really feel it’s paying off now that I feel a bit better. I do consider lowering the dosages despite taking them together in full now because I’m a bit afraid it may over-affect me with time.
    That sums it up for now I will post updates.

    the same day my anxiety is worse i know i will not be able to sleep properly. i used to wake up in the middle of the night unable to sleep further. my anxiety would be better in the evenings and night but will start to rise in the early afternoons and get really worse mid-day – the worse it was the worse i slept later.
    to my astonishment a couple of day with this wort have alleviated the afternoon anxiety by at least 30-35% and almost completely restored my sleep. this is no joke! i had this problems for many years and never thought something like this would help but desperate situations needed desperate measures. some other problems seem to be better but it may very well be because of the improved restorative sleep.

    It has different calming effect than the 5htp Nettle or the Tryptophan and I happen to prefer it.

    I still wonder why it is not recommended to take this with Tryptophan for instance.. Everyone who tried it will tell you that their calming effects feel different.

    Note that I’m still afraid to take them together and probably won’t but I can’t help but wonder.

    I myself always go for herbs for my health needs.There’s something soothing about taking what nature has produced with no human intervention.

    Johns Wort worked moderately well for me and my anxieties so far.
