Following start-up inspection, fermentation medium components, and DI water is batched into the fermentor and sterilized for 30 min. Sulphuric acid 125 mg/l, copper sulphate 12mg/l, ferric sulfate lmg g/l, vitamin B 2mg g/l, biotin 2mg/l are utilized. The controlled temperature is 32°C.
